Purpose and permitted use
NOTIME is an informational and situational-awareness aid for qualified aviation professionals, or users under appropriate supervision. It helps organise and review flight information. It is not an official flight briefing, certified navigation system, approved aircraft-performance tool or substitute for dispatch. Do not use it as the sole basis for flight planning, navigation, diversion, approach, landing, emergency decisions or flight and duty-time compliance.
Verify full and current sources
The pilot in command and flight crew remain responsible for their operational decisions and applicable regulatory and company requirements. Independently check full OFPs, current NOTAMs, weather, approved charts, aircraft manuals, performance calculations and company procedures. Summaries, filters, voice briefings and map displays may omit relevant information or interpret it incorrectly. Check source dates, coverage gaps and displayed data-environment labels. A lack of alerts does not establish that there are no hazards. Imported OFPs and LIDO chart documents retain the dates and limitations of their original sources.
Current online NOTAM environment
The online route NOTAM connection currently uses FAA NMS staging, a testing environment. Production access has not yet been confirmed. A successful response does not establish approval for operational use or complete, current coverage. Verify relevant information through current official and company-approved sources. These notices do not grant or expand rights to access or redistribute any third-party service or data. Provider access conditions continue to apply.
Availability and accuracy
The app and external data can contain errors, omissions, delays, incomplete or stale information and software defects. Online features can be interrupted, restricted or unavailable. No guarantee is made concerning accuracy, completeness, timeliness, availability or fitness for a particular operational purpose, to the extent permitted by applicable law. If information is missing, stale, conflicting or unavailable, obtain and verify it through official sources before making an operational decision.
Independent service and licensing
Forwardity Ltd. provides NOTIME independently. References to the FAA, other regulators, airlines, aircraft, chart providers or third-party services do not imply endorsement, certification or approval of NOTIME. Third-party trademarks and materials remain subject to their owners’ rights. Only import documents you are entitled to use. For App Store downloads, Apple’s applicable End User License Agreement governs the software licence. These aviation notices supplement that agreement and do not replace it or override mandatory law.
Liability and mandatory rights
Use NOTIME with an understanding of its stated limits and independently verify its outputs. Any disclaimer, limitation of liability, release, assumption of risk or indemnity applies only to the extent permitted by applicable law. Nothing in these notices excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, or waives mandatory consumer rights, remedies or duties. These notices do not excuse unlawful conduct or guarantee immunity from claims.
Privacy and shared observations
Personal-data handling, cloud storage, online services and deletion choices are explained in the Privacy Policy. Pilot Threats are unverified user observations, not official NOTAMs. Moderation does not establish operational accuracy. Do not submit confidential, unlawful, defamatory, security-sensitive or personally identifying material. The in-app notice describes the additional conditions for shared reports.
